Plans, pricing and inclusions
ConstructionIQ offers a free plan, ConstructionIQ Core and optional add-ons including Financials, Site360 and SiteWatch. Current pricing, active-project allowances, per-project charges, per-site charges, commitments and hardware arrangements are described on the ConstructionIQ pricing page or in an applicable order or proposal.
Changes to pricing, plans and services
ConstructionIQ may change subscription pricing, project allowances, per-project charges, free-plan limits, feature inclusions, add-on pricing, hardware terms, service availability and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
Where a change materially affects the fees or included service for an existing paid customer, ConstructionIQ will provide reasonable prior notice where required. Immediate changes may be made where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, third-party service changes, or to address an urgent operational risk.
A pricing or plan change does not retrospectively alter amounts already paid. A current SiteWatch minimum hardware-recovery commitment will continue on its agreed terms unless the customer agrees otherwise or a change is required by law.
Free plan
The free plan currently permits up to two active projects at one time with no fixed expiry. The free experience is intended to let customers run core project workflows before moving to a paid plan. ConstructionIQ may change the free-plan limit, included functionality or eligibility in accordance with the change provisions above.
Core subscription
ConstructionIQ Core is currently offered at $99 per month for up to five active projects with unlimited users. Where an account has more than five active projects, each additional active project is currently charged at $19 per month. Core currently includes the Onsite, Programme and People capabilities described on the pricing page. Core is month-to-month and may be cancelled in accordance with the account cancellation process. Unless otherwise stated in an order, cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not create a refund for a period already paid.
Financials add-on
Financials is currently offered at $49 per month for up to five active projects. Where more than five active projects use Financials, each additional active project using Financials is currently charged at $10 per month. Financials is optional and priced separately from Core.
Site360 add-on
Site360 is currently offered at $29 per month for each active project subscribed to Site360. Site360 is optional, project-specific and may be added or removed on a month-to-month basis subject to account and data-retention terms.
SiteWatch per-site commitment
SiteWatch is priced per monitored site and may include hardware, setup and monitoring. The current standard SiteWatch offer is $129 per site per month for an initial 12-month commitment intended to recover the supplied hardware cost, followed by $49 per site per month on a month-to-month basis. Each additional monitored site is priced separately. Any site-specific order or proposal takes precedence if it states different hardware, pricing or commitment terms.
Active project billing
Project-based charges are calculated using the number of active projects applicable to the relevant plan or add-on during the billing period. Archived or otherwise inactive projects are not intended to count toward active-project allowances unless the pricing page, an order or account-specific terms state otherwise.
Your data
Customer data remains the customer's data. Export, retention, deletion, security and access arrangements may depend on the relevant feature, account state, legal requirements and ConstructionIQ's published data-handling policies.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
