What counts as a project?+
One active construction site. You can run up to 2 at once on the free plan. Archive one, start another. There is no limit on how many projects can cycle through over time.
How long do free projects last?+
There is no fixed expiry. Your first 2 active projects are free. When you need a 3rd active project, subscribe to ConstructionIQ Core.
What happens when I need a 3rd project?+
ConstructionIQ Core is $99/month and includes up to 5 active projects with unlimited users. That means projects 3, 4 and 5 do not increase your Core subscription price.
What happens above 5 active projects?+
Core stays at $99/month for the first 5 active projects, then each additional active project is $19/month. For example, 7 active projects would be $137/month for Core.
How is Financials priced?+
Financials is $49/month for up to 5 active projects. Above 5, each additional active project using Financials is $10/month.
How is Site360 priced?+
Site360 is $29/month per active project. Use an Insta360 X4 or higher, or a Ricoh Theta capable of 4K or better. You supply the camera and ConstructionIQ handles the project visual record.
How is SiteWatch priced?+
SiteWatch is priced per site. Each SiteWatch site is $129/month for the initial 12-month hardware recovery period, then $49/month for that site and you can cancel anytime. The hardware stays yours.
Can I cancel the Core plan anytime?+
Yes. ConstructionIQ Core is month-to-month. Your data remains yours to export, subject to our standard retention and account terms.

Pricing and inclusions can change.
ConstructionIQ may change plan pricing, project allowances, free-plan limits, feature inclusions, add-on pricing, hardware terms and service availability from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and, where a change materially affects an existing paid customer, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
